Rewarding employees – Todd Dewett – Lynda

This is a short course (40 minutes or less). This course is part of the learning path "Become a manager" by This site has a new way to organize courses by subject and after that you can have a new certificate to show in your linkedin profile. I'm not convinced about the learning paths because there are some courses that are not very interesting, and I'm not really sure if completing the learning path is something that I need or is going to help in my career.

In a any case, this course is very interesting, and every manager should take the time to whatch it. Some entreprises don't have any idea on how to reward employees and maybe don't know that their approach is not working. They make the motivation disappear and waste time and money with ineffective rewards.
