Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management – Kelley O’Connell

This is a course that tries to teach how to make the transition from the way of managing a traditional project to managing an agile project. The instructor recomends to make a pilot projet before taking the decision that leads to the change of paradigm.

I have to be honest, I'm not very convinced about agile projects. The instructor has the knowledge and the experience, but I don't know why the course is very boring. I had to take three long breaks on three differents days to finish the course (it's a one hour course only) and I'm not really sure if I learned something.

So I'll let you decide, good luck.
