This a very interesting course but maybe a little difficult to implement. Like every big change in the enterprise, you will need the collaboration of many people and the participation of the direction of the company. The course explains that the leader has to become accountable and responsible for his behavior and the behavior of his employees. The culture of the organization has to support the accountability of the enterprise and the employees have to know what behaviors will be rewarded and what behaviors will be punished.
American culture may be different, since they take metrics on everything. But they have the advantage that they know why the people are fired, punished or rewarded for.
